Dear Aquinas Class of '79 grad,

Welcome to our class website! We'll be using this site to help organize our 30th year class reunion, but the site is more than that. It is a way to stay in touch, share what you're up to and see how everyone else is doing too.

For our 30th reunion, we're going to go green and do all of our reunion correspondence by email. To make sure you're included on any email announcements regarding the reunion planning, you'll need to first create a profile for yourself. If you're a 1979 alum, your name should already be on the class list and all you need to do is click on your name (under 'Where are they now') and enter a little information about yourself. Don't worry there are lots of privacy features built in. Your email will not be visible to anyone (not even classmates) and only registered classmates will be able to view the rest of your profile (your address and phone number remain private to all unless you choose to share them)

After you create your profile, you'll be able to view other profiles, post on the general message board, upload photos or send a message to any of your old ... er, *former* classmates.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

•		The date and place has been set for our 30th reunion! The main event will be at beautiful Forest Hills on Saturday July 25th, 2009 where we can mingle and dine amid magnificent views of Grand Dad's Bluff. A more informal gathering is tentatively planned for Friday the 24th on the grounds outside the Pettibone Boat Club. Please register your account so you will be on the email list (this is not the same as registering for the reunion). In the coming weeks and months, you'll be able to register for the reunion online, securely pay online, participate in surveys, polls and discussions to give your input to your reunion planning committee.

•		Please take our survey to let us know your preferences for the reunion.

•		Please help us find our fellow classmates! Classmates are considered 'missing' if we don't have an email address for them or if we do, but they haven't registered on the site. Please take a look at the list of missing classmates and see if you know the email address of anyone on the list. If you do, just click the classmate's name and they'll be sent an automatic invitation. Easy!
